1. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
When you enroll as a student on our site as part of the enrolling process we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and your email address.
We do not sell or rent personal information to marketers or unaffiliated third parties. We only share your personal information with trusted parties as required to provide you with services as outlined below.
We email you a purchase receipt when you purchase a course and may send you reminder emails and additional information related to the courses you enrolled in.
2. Consent
When you provide us with personal information to become a student on our site, make a purchase, or participate in a course, you are implying that you consent to our collecting that information and using it to communicate with you and support you as a student.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If you no longer wish to receive course reminder emails or other course-related emails from us you may opt-out via the Unsubscribe link included in such emails or email us at [email protected]. If you wish to cancel your account entirely please see the Cancellation and Termination paragraph in our Terms of Service.
3. Disclosure
We will only disclose your personal information to appropriate authorities if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
4. Trusted Parties
Site and Course Hosting: This website and our courses are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”), a GDPR compliant Canadian corporation with offices in Vancouver, British Columbia. They provide us with the online course creation platform we use to offer and provide our products and services to you. Your course-related data is stored in Thinkific’s data storage on a secure server behind a firewall.
Credit Card Processing: If you make a purchase on our site, we use Stripe as our GDPR compliant third-party payment processor. All payments are encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Stripe adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. To ensure the adequate protection of personal data, Stripe has certified to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Emailing: We utilize ONTRAPORT, a GDPR compliant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to email students and affiliates. ONTRAPORT complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework(s) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and/or Switzerland to the United States.
When you click on links on our course site, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
6. Cookies & Web Analysis Tools
We use cookies to recognize your device and provide you with a personalized experience. If you are using one of the common Internet web browsers you can set up your browser to either let you know when you receive a cookie or to deny cookie access to your computer.
We may use web analysis tools that are built into the Success Empowerment Program website to measure and collect anonymous session information.

In the very unlikely event our site or courses are acquired or merged with another company your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may continue to provide you with ongoing service.
